**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required. This amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival via bank transfer.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
**General Policies:**
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
* Parties or events are not permitted on the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* There is no age restriction for check-in.
