Welcome to Maxorata Beach! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of our house rules.
**Check-in and Check-out:**
Check-in is available from 15:30 to 22:00. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange key collection, especially if you anticipate arriving outside of our reception hours (08:00 to 17:00).
Check-out is between 08:00 and 12:00.
**Payment and Policies:**
We accept most major credit cards, but please note that American Express is not accepted.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option during the booking process.
For bookings of more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
**Guest Conduct:**
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
Parties or events are not allowed.
**Pets:**
Pets are welcome upon request and are subject to an additional charge of EUR 8 per animal, per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
