**Check-in & Check-out:**

* Check-out is until 11:00.
* We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
* All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
**Guest Identification:**
* Upon check-in, all guests aged 14 and over are required to provide personal data as required by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 and sign traveler reports.
* A valid passport or identification must be presented upon entry. For guests under 14, parents or legal guardians must provide their data.
* Failure to comply may result in denial of entry.
* Guests are also required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
**Children & Beds:**
* Children of all ages are welcome.
* Children aged 3 years and above will be charged as adults.
