**Check-in and Check-out:**
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 16:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements.
Check-out is between 06:00 and 11:00.

**Cancellation and Prepayment:**
Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please check the specific conditions for your chosen option during the booking process.

**Damage Deposit:**
A refundable damage deposit of €150 is required. This amount will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.

**Age Restriction:**
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

**Smoking:**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

**Pets:**
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Our accommodations are centrally located in Morro Jable, offering you immediate access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the vibrant local atmosphere. Due to this prime location, the surrounding area, especially Plaza de los Pescadores (Fishermen's Square), hosts various festivals and popular events throughout the year. These events can generate larger crowds, music, and a festive atmosphere.

Notable events include:
* Carnival (between February and March)
* Jandía Pride (usually in May)
* Fiestas del Carmen (first half of July)
* Playa de la Cebada Cultural Week (second half of August)
* Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations

Additionally, concerts, markets, cultural events, municipal activities, and special celebrations are organized throughout the year, particularly on weekends and holidays. We appreciate your understanding that there may be some noise or increased activity in the area on certain dates, as these events are an integral part of Morro Jable's local identity and tradition.
