Welcome to Brisa marina! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:00. We kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your welcome. Check-out is by 12:00.
A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required for your stay. This amount will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
Children are welcome, and a fee of €10 per stay applies. There is no age restriction for check-in.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We also do not allow parties or events to be held at Brisa marina. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
